  • How do I become a Rewards Member?

    Simply visit the Sign Up page and complete the short sign up form. You can become a member instantly, and your account details will be emailed to you right away.

  • When can I use my membership?

    As soon as you complete the signup process, your account will be active and ready to use. If you are not sure of your account number, simply login to this website or the app and view your account profile. Our Front Desk Agents can also look up your Canalta Rewards account when you check in.

  • How do I earn points?

    You can earn points when you stay at Canalta Hotel properties across Western Canada. Explore our hotels to learn more about our locations. Also, don't forget that Canalta Rewards runs regular contests and events so you can earn bonus points. Watch your email for your monthly account statement and check us out on Facebook for more information.

  • How do I redeem my points for rewards?

    You can login to your Canalta Rewards account on this website or our mobile app. There, you can explore rewards including free stays, packages and gift cards. Our Canalta Rewards support team is also happy to assist you with redeeming rewards.

  • What if I don’t have enough points to redeem for a free stay?

    If you don’t have enough points for the free stay you are excited about, you can apply your points towards the cost of the room. Simply select the stay you’d like to redeem for and you’ll be presented with the option to apply your points towards the cost of the stay.

  • Where can I use my free stays?

    You can redeem points for free stays at any of our Canalta owned & operated properties including Canalta, Hampton, Ramada and Super 8. You can also redeem your points for other exciting rewards or choose to donate your points to a great cause.

  • What is the room cancellation policy?

    Reservations must be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined by the hotel you have selected. Contact your preferred hotel for details.
