Visa Gift Cards have an option for a physical card. If you want to opt for physical cards, there might be an extra charge per card deducted from your the balance of the card you redeem. When choosing a physical gift card, please be advised that it can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive.

The digital cards can take up to 48 hours to process.

For prepaid cards there are options to redeem for a virtual or a physical card. Virtual Visa Prepaid Card or Mastercard Prepaid Cards are generally valid worldwide wherever Visa Prepaid Card or Mastercard Prepaid Card Debit is accepted, but they can only be used online or over the phone. If they opt for a physical Visa Prepaid Card or Mastercard Prepaid Cards, it can be used instore.

For Merchant Egift and physical cards, such as Best Buy, Starbucks or Target for example, can be used online and store. (Note: each merchant will have its own terms/conditions)
